Shipping

How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?

We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at hello@irealife.com

What are the delivery charges for my order?

Shipping is free for all orders above an order value of INR 1,000. For orders below INR 1,000, we charge shipping of INR 100 per order. For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge an additional INR 100 as handling charges (non-refundable).

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders usually take a delivery time of 4-10 working days. However, if the order is currently out of stock, the delivery may take longer to fulfill and will depend on our refill period.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

Do you ship products outside India?

We currently do not ship outside India.

Is there a way to get express delivery?

If you wish for an urgent shipment for that special occasion, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. If you are based in Mumbai, we can attempt same day delivery. For this, please write to us at hello@irealife.com and we will try to make it happen. Please note, a delivery charge of INR 300 per item would be levied for the same.

Exchanges & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests placed after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Products bought in the sale and made to order products are ineligible for return. They can be only exchanged for a different size. Alternatively, they can be returned in exchange for a gift card that can be utilized for a future purchase within a period of one year.

Customized and altered products are ineligible for return.

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

All items must have the original tags (hang tags should be unbroken from the garment) and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All items should be free of make-up or tan marks

To ensure your garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging for proper care and protection.

All return requests have to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product. You have to email orders@irealife.com from your registered email id to trigger the request along with the Order #.

It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return / exchange request post your request has been triggered.

There are certain situations where only refunds are not granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or has missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.

What if a wrong or defective item is delivered

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at orders@irealife.com along with the images of the damage claimed, within 7 days of receiving the order. In case of either a damaged product return or size exchange, please write to orders@irealife.com with the subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. IREA must be notified within 7 days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days.

Is a return or exchange free?

Return / Exchange, for first round, is free if the size has to be exchanged or products are to be exchanged with a different product of the same or higher value.

Customer will bear the cost of shipping if the exchange is happening for the second round.

How will I receive my refund?

We will refund the amount into your initial payment mode viz. bank account, credit card, as applicable. For COD orders, refund will be issued through a gift card that can be used for future purchase with a validity of one year from the date of issue.

Am still waiting for my refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@irealife.com
